The main equipment: Xinying higt-speed CNC machining center, Beisute numerically-ly-controlled linear cutting machines and Hangshen 5T-150 punching machines. The maing porducts: Various mould series for plastic injection, punching or pressing, blowing and die-casting. The plant possesses a group of mould-making talent, comprehensive desing talent and comprehensive mould control and test management talent, and the advanced software development and desing. The management of the plant is done by the personnel who used to study abroad and the production is managed by them too. The plant always follows the development path of"low cost, high quality and high efficiency". The okabt began passing teh ISO9001 quality system certifiction actively in 2006.
The plant has developed series moulds of liquid crystal TV forTaiwan Longyao Photoelectric. The plant now is developing series moulds of Yate electric tools and has established long-term cooperationg relationship with Japan Gongjin, Ningbo Junsheng and Ningbo Xinpulaisi in mould development. Now the plant is actively taking part in the cooperationies to improve the development and management level.
